Based on the design inspiration of the Deep Sea Secret Realm, the Sparkling Mysterium series advocates a lifestyle that reflects elegant taste and exquisite quality, downplays material pursuits, and emphasizes high-quality experiences of personal aesthetic cultivation and spiritual world shaping. The Sparkling Mysterium series incorporate the principles of functional design into the luminaires through subtraction, removing unnecessary decorations and structures, carefully adjusting each detail structure and proportion, maintaining rich levels and rhythm in the design, and using high-quality materials and high-value details to strike a balance between minimalism and luxurianism. The concise overall sensory experience of the luminaire is a concrete reflection of the appropriate application from above concepts.
A2. Generally speaking, the service life of LED luminaire depends on the usage environment, quality of LED chips, material quality, assembly process, heat dissipation performance, and the power components they are equipped with. The main shell material of LUMOCE luminaire is 6063 aluminum alloy extruded as a whole and 304 stainless steel precision manufactured by CNC. They have undergone high standard mirror polishing, water plating, and PVD vacuum coating surface treatment to enhance their corrosion resistance and wear resistance, making the luminaire able to cope with harsh air environments better. At the same time, the internal cavity structure by separated design, and excellent heat dissipation performance of the shell material can improve energy efficiency, prevent overheating, and extend the service life of LEDs. LUMOCE has deep cooperation with multiple high-quality suppliers, such as LED chips, aluminum substrates, acrylic optical lenses, circuit boards, wires, and power supplies are supplied or processed by high-quality suppliers over the world. All production processes are strictly controlled to ensure high standard product quality.
A3. The safety of luminaire is LUMOCE's top consideration. All LUMOCE luminaires have undergone chinese CCC certification and strict factory inspections to ensure that the luminaires meet safety regulations. All components used in the luminaires are supported by CCC, ROSH, or UR certification. The safety level of the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires is Class I luminaire, and the electrical system of the luminaire's head is drived by 24V low-voltage power supply. Even if the luminaires are damaged or electric leakage occurs, it can ensure that the human body is not injured. The luminaires are powered by the power supply of well-known chinese brand, which have undergone multiple safety regulations and certifications, and have protective measures such as overload protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, and overheating protection. Therefore, correctly installed LUMOCE luminaires can ensure their electrical safety.
A4. High quality lighting is the soul of LUMOCE luminaires, which representing a high-quality of life. LUMOCE advocates the spirit of nature - the light of the sun. Therefore, we are searching for high-quality LED chips worldwide to make the spectrum of LUMOCE luminaires as close to sunlight as possible, in order to achieve the better color rendering and perception similar to nature. Thanks to LUMOCE's excellent R&D team, the three-layer optical system - the Sparkling Mysterium Lens Module - has been carefully debugged and designed for applying in the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires. Unlike ordinary floodlight system, its focused and anti-glare optical structure carefully tunes each beam of light, giving it an appropriate beam angle and field angle, ensuring that the light is accurately distributed where you need it, rather than directly illuminating the entire space. With carefully designed interweaving of light and darkness, direct and indirect light, shimmering optical details, and high color rendering light, it plays an illuminated symphony, turning any space into a comfortable and charming stage.
A5. This is based on a comprehensive consideration of the lighting usage environment and ensuring high color rendering performance. 2700K-4000K lighting is more comfortable for the eyes than higher color temperature lighting, especially when you work under the lighting for a long time. In addition, 2700K LEDs can provide R12 with high color rendering performance, while 4000K LEDs can provide R9 with high color rendering performance. By mixing the two, the better color rendering performance of the light can be ensured.
Luminaire Installation
A6. The Sparkling Mysterium series are luminaires designed for indoor environments, and they do not have waterproof structure. Water vapor entering the interior of the luminaires can cause the gesture recognition sensors to fail or cause a short circuit in the internal wiring of the luminaires, which may lead to a dangerous situation of serious injury. Therefore, users should avoid installing the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires outdoors or in other humid environments.
A7. Users can choose on-site installation services provided by LUMOCE with additional paid, which will be undertaken by a third-party professional installation company in Users' local area. Before installation, please make sure to check and test whether the product is working properly, and carefully read the manual of mounting installation and user guide to avoid dangerous situations during the installation process. Due to different installation environments, disassembly or the differences of auxiliary materials may result in different service fees. Users can directly communicate and negotiate with installation service personnel on corresponding installation matters.

A8. We do not recommend users who do not have any professional installation knowledge and safety awareness to do so, even though our installation of luminaire is very simple and comes with detailed installation instructions. Anyone should carefully read the manual of mounting installation and take safety precautions before installing luminaire, otherwise it may lead to a dangerous situation of serious injury.

A9. Both the Classic and Flat series of Sparkling Mysterium series are equipped with suspension wire lockers, which can adjust the length of the corresponding suspension wire by pressing the bottom of the suspension wire lockers. To ensure that the luminaire is installed horizontally, please use a level ruler to adjust. To safely adjust the luminaire, when adjusting the length of the suspension wire, the corresponding suspension wire should be supported to avoid damage caused by the rapid sliding of the luminaire's head. Anyone should carefully read the manual of mounting installation and user guide of the corresponding lumiaire before adjusting it to ensure safety.

Luminaire Usage
A10. The design of the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires has an upper and lower double-layer lighting output structure. LUMOCE has specially developed a dual path lighting gesture control system that matches it. It integrates advanced gesture recognition sensors and infrared enhancement sensors, which can independently and linked dimming control the dual path lighting. Through simple gestures, the lighting can achieve switching, brightness adjustment, color temperature adjustment, upward or downward lighting faded and etc., and ensure that your gestures are smoothly transformed into stunning lighting effects.
A11. LUMOCE places great emphasis on user experience, and we recommend users to use faster and more immediate interaction methods to adjust lighting without unlocking your phones, launching applications, or browsing menus. The Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires are equipped with high-tech gesture recognition sensors, which can quickly and accurately recognize your gestures and respond, avoiding common technical problems such as errors, crashes, disconnections, or other apps that may disrupt the lighting control experience.
A12. Except for intelligent switches that can only control circuit turning on and off, it is prohibited to add any dimming knobs, intelligent dimmers and so on. The Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires have the built-in gesture dimming system, and other additional dimmers may conflict with the existing dimming system, which may cause damage to the luminaires or pose risks such as overheating and fire.
A13. Based on the unique properties of the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires, we recommend applying them to indoor mid level lighting scenes with focused lighting requirement that are easy to operate with gestures, such as the place above the dining tables, bars, decks, conference tables, and work desks, or as indoor landscape luminaires for plants, artworks, or exhibits. Not recommended as the main lighting source in large space.

Care and Maintenance
A14. The minimalist appearance design and detachable structure of luminaires head of the Sparkling Mysterium series are very easy to clean. Before cleaning the luminaire, please turn off the luminaire and wait for it to cool down to avoid residual stains sticking to the luminaire. If necessary, the luminaires head can be removed after disconnecting the power for detailed cleaning.
① Do not scrub with hard unsmooth or sharp materials.
② Soft materials such as dry velvet or microfiber cloth can be used to wipe surface dust.
③ If there is oil or fingerprint contamination, it can be cleaned with neutral detergent and then wiped with clean water. Be careful to prevent water stains from flowing into the interior of the luminaire through the gaps.
④ It is strictly prohibited to rinse directly with water or immerse in water.
⑤ It is strictly prohibited to use cleaning solutions containing bleach, wire brushes, grinding tools and etc. for cleaning.
⑥ It is strictly prohibited to expose the luminaire to organic chemicals which containing strong oxidants.
A15. The components of the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires are very precise and compact, while self dismantling the lighting fixtures can easily damage the relevant components and lose their warranty rights. Users should avoid the idea and behavior of replacing the lighting source on their own. If the light source of the luminaire malfunctions, such as the light not shining, flickering, or uneven brightness, it may be caused by various reasons. In this case, you should consult your retailer for assistance, and apply for after-sales service if necessary. After sending back the faulty luminaire, the professional technicians will evaluate and repair the luminaire, and replace the LED light source module.
The Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires are equipped with a detachable luminaire's head structure. If you need to replace the luminaire's head for the Sparkling Mysterium series luminaires, you can contact a retailer to purchase the luminaire's head separately and replace it by yourself. Before replacing the luminaire's head, please carefully read the manual of mounting installation and user guide of the luminaire to ensure that the replaced luminaire's head can be correctly matched.
Shipping and After-sales
A16. LUMOCE's delivery process:
① Please confirm the ordering information of the product you purchased, including product model, color, size, delivery information, etc;
② All LUMOCE products will undergo quality inspections such as appearance, lighting, and operation by staff before shipment, and qualified labels will be affixed to ensure that the products you purchase meet high-quality standards;
③ The product packaging is made of folding box by environmentally friendly and high-quality corrugated paper , and prominently labeled for easy identification. The packaging is equipped with handle for easy carry. Four anti-collision corners are installed on the outer packaging, and the high-end pearl cotton cushion layers are used on the inner packaging to effectively protect the product from damage caused by compression, collision, or falling;
④ We hope that users can use our products as soon as possible, so LUMOCE prefers SF Express or JD Express for free shipping. The delivery time is generally within 48 hours after placing the order. The delivery time shall be subject to the page markings or store rules in case of holidays, major promotions, or special supplies.
A17. LUMOCE has a comprehensive after-sales service team. If there is a malfunction in the luminaire, you can contact your retailer for technical support and after-sales service. If the retailer cannot solve the problem, you can directly contact LUMOCE. All LUMOCE luminaires include the service of 7-day return and exchange, 15 day exchange, and a three-year after-sales warranty.
